Thanks Andrea for taking a most beautiful and personal funeral for my Mum.  From the very first meeting I knew that the ceremony was in safe hands and you put us at ease.  You supported us all in a way that, if its strange to say, we enjoyed the process of remembering Mum with such love, laughter and dignity.  Everyone at the funeral mentioned how lovely the funeral was and that they really thought you knew Mum.  Thank you once again.
